Calendar integration
Staff may optionally connect a calendar account so that appointments stay in sync between HFH CRM and their own calendar. Connecting an account is voluntary and can be disconnected at any time.

From HFH CRM to your calendar
Appointments and viewings created in HFH CRM appear in the Google Calendar you choose to connect.

From your calendar to HFH CRM
Events from the connected calendar appear against the relevant client or property record in HFH CRM.
What we access
When a staff member connects a Google account, HFH CRM reads and writes calendar events for the single calendar that staff member selects. Nothing else in the Google account is accessed.
- Event titles, dates, times and attendees for the selected calendar
- No access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service
- Calendar data is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models
- Staff can disconnect at any time from within HFH CRM, which deletes the stored authorisation
